This externship project offers students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in B2C sales outreach and lead generation. By working closely with Workspace, externs will contribute to the development and execution of effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

  1. Customer Segmentation: Analyze customer data to identify target customer segments based on demographics, purchasing behavior, and preferences.

  2. Customer Journey Mapping: Develop a detailed customer journey map to understand customer interactions with the brand at various touchpoints.

  3. Sales Outreach Strategy Development: Create a comprehensive sales outreach strategy, including channel selection (email, social media, phone), messaging, and scripting.

  4. Lead Generation Campaigns: Develop and execute targeted lead generation campaigns aligned with customer segments and outreach strategies.

  5. CRM Management: Utilise CRM software to manage and track sales leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.

  6. Sales Performance Analysis: Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, lead-to-customer ratios, and customer acquisition cost (CAC).
