Worship is a passionate Climate and Sustainability Advocate whose work over the past 7 years has been rooted in empowering young people and communities to take bold, actionable steps toward climate resilience. He is the Founder and Executive Director of Eco-Africa Network, a youth-led organization that has mobilized over 10,000 young people, recovered 1,000+ kg of plastic waste, and convened thought leaders through impactful initiatives such as the Waste Man Conference, Pre-COP28 workshop, and the maiden Climate Justice Conference in 2025, which brought together over 500 participants, including national leaders and global experts.
His leadership journey has taken him across local, regional, and international platforms including the Oxford Africa Conference (2025), the UN COP29, the Future of Energy Conference (2024), and the Era Electric Mobility Conference (2024). Worship’s contributions to innovation and climate advocacy have also been recognized — he was a finalist in the Future of Energy Innovation Challenge (2024) and honored as Best Young CEO of the Year 2024 at the Ghana Youth Leaders Awards.
At FORMICA Finishing School, Worship facilitates the Leadership & Creative Problem-Solving module, where he draws on his rich background in advocacy, entrepreneurship, and community-building to inspire participants to think critically, act creatively, and lead with impact. His sessions focus on taking initiative, navigating complexity, and finding innovative solutions to real-world challenges.
Beyond climate, Worship is also a serial entrepreneur, serving as Co-Founder and MD of Adane Chemist, W. Akenten Agro and Trading Ltd, and Ground Zero Network. His multidisciplinary experience gives him a unique perspective on leadership, resilience, and problem-solving in today’s fast-changing world.
With Worship’s guidance, students gain not only leadership skills but also the courage to tackle challenges with creativity and confidence.
